Abstract

Lately, increasing attention has been paid to the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility. The problems of socially responsible business, its role in social- economical development of the country are being widely discussed. This tendency has also found its reflection in Russian business practice. Globalization is leading Russian companies to understanding of the necessity of the observance of the international standards of corporative behavior and ethical norms of conducting modern business.
